Solid toner for the price. Mild fragrance, no irritation. Honestly noticed the brightening after consistent use.
Honestly a good toner. The texture is light, the fragrance is mild, and my skin feels healthier after consistent use. The only reason I am not giving full 5 stars is that I wanted faster results. But for the price and quality, it is a fair deal. The Vitamin C really makes a difference.
