Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days from the time the order is placed. Orders placed on weekends and public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping Timeframes

After processing, estimated delivery times depend on the shipping method:

• Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days
• Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below this amount, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 will be applied at checkout.

Shipping Charges

Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight and dimensions of the items in your order, as well as your shipping address. You can review the shipping cost before finalising your purchase at checkout.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

Cash on Delivery is available for select pin codes across India. Additional COD charges may apply.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email/SMS with a tracking number. You can use this to track your delivery status through our website or the courier partner's portal.

Shipping Within India Only

We currently ship to addresses within India only. International shipping is not available at this time.

Address Requirements

Please ensure that the shipping address provided during checkout is accurate and complete. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If a package is returned due to an incorrect address, the customer will bear the reshipping cost.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain products may have location-based shipping restrictions. We reserve the right to cancel orders that violate these restrictions and issue a full refund.

Damaged or Lost Shipments

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery (or expected delivery date) at info@natually.in or +91 9030073007. We will work with the courier partner to resolve the issue promptly.
